Zhejiang Mingxin Seaton Leather Co., Ltd. was established

Acquired 75% equity of US Seton and changed its name to "Zhejiang Mingxin Leather Co., Ltd."

Established an overseas subsidiary "Mingxin Leather European Innovation Center"

Mingxin performed stock reform and renamed as "Mingxin New Material Co., Ltd."
