Laboratory Qualification
Mingxin testing laboratory has been accredited by ISO 17025, and has been accredited by many OEMs, such as FAW-Volkswagen and Shanghai Volkswagen. Basically, except for some VOCs,
Odor, flame retardancy, mechanics, abrasion resistance, wiping, environment and other related tests can all be tested by Mingxin.
Laboratory testing equipment
Our laboratory is equipped with international testing equipment, which can carry out chemical testing of heavy metal elements and physical performance tests such as tearing, tensile strength, tensile strength, and abrasion resistance, and can complete the performance analysis of automobile leather. According to the different characteristics of steering wheel products and seats, combined with the daily use of OEM factories and terminal market feedback, it can also separately formulate the internal control test requirements of Mingxin products, and add a series of tests that are more suitable for practical applications, such as coating simulation, cutting Color fastness, cracking white verification, etc., to improve product quality and reduce complaints from customers and end users.
